Orders & Shipping

We currently ship to customers within the United States only.
We make every effort to process your order within 48 hours. However, due to our very high order volumes, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped so you can keep track of it.
Your shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $50+.
Product availability is indicated on the product page. If a product is in stock, you will see a “Add to Cart” button. If it’s out of stock, you may see a notification or the option to be notified when it’s back in stock.

Returns & Exchanges

Once your order is placed and processed, we’re unable to edit the items in your order or fully cancel your order as we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please email our support team at support@wuppwellness.com — while we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, we will do our best to help!
Currently, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse. However, if you experience any issues with your product, please reach out to Customer Support for immediate assistance.
